Eligibility Requirements:

• Proof of Use: Customers must provide time-stamped video documentation demonstrating consistent application. Videos may be recorded daily or weekly and must clearly show genuine usage over the trial period.
• Submission: To initiate a request, please contact us via our contact page with your documentation and a clear explanation of your refund request.
• Review Process: All submissions are carefully reviewed to confirm compliance with the guarantee terms.
Important Note on Results:
While many customers begin noticing changes around the three-month mark, optimal and more visible results are commonly achieved after six months or longer of continued use.
General Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on eligible Botanic products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund.
Return Conditions:
• Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in original packaging to ensure product integrity and hygiene standards.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a partial refund.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Customers are responsible for return handling and shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
• Returned items must be received at one of our designated warehouses within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
Non-Refundable Charges:
• Original shipping, handling, and return shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses that result in failed delivery are not eligible for refunds.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit once they are in the carrier’s possession.
• Expedited shipping, processing, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing:
• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) business days, less any applicable non-refundable fees.
Customer Remorse & Exchanges:
• Returns due to incorrect selection, change of mind, or exchange requests are accepted within the return window; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at contact page with your order number and clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. We will promptly arrange a replacement where applicable. Damage caused by shipping carriers is not under our liability.
How to Initiate a Return
All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Please initiate your request through our returns portal or by contacting contact@trybotanic.com. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled and fully refunded if they have not yet shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• Delivered but unwanted items may be returned if unused and compliant with our 30-day return policy.
